CEO & Head Consultant
Joey has spent the majority of his career in executive compensation advisory and financial services, working across remuneration consulting, investment banking, and insurance at three of the largest firms in their respective sectors.
He founded JR Consultants in 2018 to address a gap in the market for structured, source-faithful FTSE remuneration data. The business is built on the same standards he applied in advisory work — where the accuracy of pay benchmarking data has direct consequences for board decisions.
Joey leads all client relationships, extraction methodology, and quality oversight. He is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Data Collection Analyst
Elena is a corporate finance graduate based in Phnom Penh, where she works as a data collection analyst at JR Consultants. She is responsible for extracting and verifying executive remuneration data from FTSE company annual reports — cross-referencing disclosures against a fixed schema and applying consistent extraction conventions across the dataset.
Her training is in corporate finance and financial analysis, with experience in financial modelling, ratio analysis, and structured data extraction from financial statements. She holds a Master's in Management (Corporate Finance) from EMLV — Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci, Paris, where she ranked first in her class, and has passed the CFA Level I examination. She is fluent in Khmer, Mandarin, and English.
